Salon Policy:

• Please arrive early for 10-15 minutes ahead to allow time to settle into a relaxing space.
• As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and pages please turn to vibration.
• We call to confirm all reservations on the previous working day unless you specifically request that your appointment does not require confirmation.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, we require 24 hours notice.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed full price.
• Late arrivals will result in a shorted appointment.
• Now shows are considered cancelled appointment.
• All courses are non-refundable.
• Gift certificated are not refundable or redeemable for cash..
