All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card.

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please be sure to give 24 hours notice to avoid being charged the full price of your scheduled services. If you have already purchased a coupon or voucher through a third party we reserve the right to redeem it and apply it towards your cancellation.

We provide a reliable appointment schedule for all of our clients, and a late arrival will limit your treatment time and the cost of the original appointment will remain the same.

Please keep in mind, we can't make scheduled clients wait, thanks for understanding.

All facial treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We offer every client the opportunity to relax in a tranquil environment, please ensure that mobile phones and electronic devices are turned off and conversations are kept to quiet level in the spa area.

We recommend that you book future appointment well in advance to ensure your desired day and time.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Gratuity is not included in the price of the service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash or credit card.

All service sales are final. Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging with in 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in store credit only.

Please notify your esthetician before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.
All guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well-being in mind.
